In order to help with the maintenance and upkeep of the public areas of the estate and the surroundings, we ask for a minimum annual donation of £10 from all residents living in the houses (flats donate separately). If possible please set up a standing order with your bank, paying monthly or annually. £1 per month helps towards maintaining and improving the environment in which we live.
